APPLICATION PROCESS

In order to join Raider Ambassadors, there are two steps to the application process that you have to pass. First of all, there is a written application; this is where you describe your achievements and experiences with volunteering. If you make it past this point, you move on to the interviews. The main point of the interview is so that club members can get to know your personality. Personally, I love the interviews because not only do the presidents get to know you but you also get to know them. My interview felt more like a conversation between friends rather than a hardcore interview because the co-presidents and I were just talking, but they found ways to include questions as well. Overall, I think applying for Raider Ambassadors is a great experience on its own, but if you don’t get in one year keep trying! Your persistence and excitement to join Raider Ambassadors will show through and be a great asset in the long run.
