JOINING A FAMILY

As a new member to Raider Ambassadors this year, it was a bit intimidating to join a club of students who had already been together for a year. However, each and every member of Raider Ambassadors is friendly and kind, and despite being in different grades, they treat everyone fairly. I love the idea of having families because it’s another way to get to know people and make new friends while having fun playing games and coming up with ideas for events. Even though I was new, as soon as I entered the first club meeting I felt accepted and loved by my peers. Other Raider Ambassadors came up to me and started talking to me like we’d been friends for years, and I realized that working alongside these outstanding people during events would be incredible. The atmosphere provided by the students in Raider Ambassadors is one of the best things you’ll experience in high school, and I’m so glad to be a part of such a unique and devoted club.
